Building New vs. Renovating

People sometimes ask, why not just renovate existing hospital campuses? For starters, the cost of upgrading Windsor Regional Hospital’s two facilities is greater than the proposed plan. Really though, no amount of money can bring our hospitals up to the modern standards that patients in other parts of the province enjoy.
