A Milestone Announcement for the Fancsy Family Hospital Project Infrastructure Ontario (IO) in partnership with Windsor Regional Hospital and the Ministry of Health (MOH), has announced a phased approach for delivering the project and issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to prequalify construction teams that will compete to Design, Build, Finance, and Maintain (DBFM) the second and largest phase, of the new hospital project.
