Join Our Circle Of Care Employee Giving Campaign, Presented By Chartwell Retirement Residences!
Each year, Windsor Regional Hospital employees and volunteers extend their involvement beyond their day-to-day contributions and invest in the future of healthcare for our local community.
Won’t you consider joining our Circle of Care?
Your donation will help patients and families through their healthcare journey at Windsor Regional Hospital. Your support allows us to provide Outstanding Care - No Exceptions!
Donations are made through payroll deductions. For as little as $2 per payroll, you can financially support what you are most passionate about here at our hospital – it’s up to you. 100% of your contribution will support the fund(s) of your choice.
Our campaign goal is to reach 15% participation. We can do this with your help!

Each date will have a prize draw valued at $250 for all of our existing Circle of Care donors and a separate draw valued at $100 for our new members who sign up that day!

GIVING CIRCLE LEVELS - LEVELING UP!
When you sign up to be a Circle of Care member, your donations will accumulate. And overtime, your support to your program will continue to level up – and so will you!
Signing up as a Circle of Care member has its rewards – this is our way of saying thank you to each other!
Staff can sign up for only $2 per payroll or $1 per week!
Each level of giving will receive:
- Annual Tax Receipt, annually issued by February
- Campaign Donor Wall Listing
- Circle of Care Lanyard - indicating you are a Circle of Care member
- A Circle of Care Giving Circle Recognition Pin
- Surprise prizes are announced randomly throughout the year, specific to each level
- Invitation to the year-end Circle of Care Celebration
GIVING CIRCLES:
- Supporter Circle - $52 to $499
- Advocate Circle - $500 to $999
- Friend Circle - $1,000 to $1,999
- Family Circle - $2,000+

The only way to guarantee that we continue to offer the most advanced, innovative, and progressive care is with fundraising initiatives. The money stays here at Windsor Regional Hospital to benefit your hospital in your community.

No, they are separate. The United Way raises money for thousands of non-profit organizations worldwide, whereas the Windsor Regional Hospital Circle of Care campaign specifically funds programs and services for the hospital.

Funds are taken from your pay cheque during the course of the year. If you give just $5.77 per pay (only 41 cents/day) your total gift for the year accumulates to $150. In addition, your gift is tax-deductible. You can stop or change your deduction at any time. Changes are implemented the month following your request.

Every single donation is important, no matter how large or small. Every dollar raised will support the hospital.
