County Road 42 Secondary Plan

In order to continue with the planning for a new state-of-the-art, acute care hospital at County Rd. 42 and the 9th Concession, an amendment was required to the City of Windsor's Official Plan and Zoning By-laws. Windsor Regional Hospital's submission to the City, including accompanying reports, are available on the City of Windsor's website.

On August 14, 2018, Windsor City Council and the Planning, Heritage & Economic Development Standing Committee voted to approve the plan at a special joint Public Meeting.
