The New Windsor-Essex Hospitals System

The Windsor-Essex Hospitals System is a collaborative and local plan for the future of healthcare in Windsor-Essex.

It includes a new single site-acute care hospital at County Rd. 42 and the 9th Concession, a Centre of Mental Health Excellence at the HDGH Tayfour Campus, and mental health and urgent care services in the City’s core.
