Senior Friendly Care
OVERVIEW
Senior-Friendly Care means utilizing research, best practices, and tools to ensure that senior patients have a hospital experience that best meets their needs. The Senior Friendly Framework, created by the Regional Geriatric Program of Toronto, provides the foundation for this work through guiding principles and defining statements to help improve care for seniors and their families. At Windsor Regional Hospital, we aim to provide the best possible care for seniors as they navigate care in our facilities.
