NOTE: This data is required to be submitted by WRH to the Ministry of Health. It does not identify the patient’s underlying age or health condition due to privacy concerns (i.e. immune-compromised etc.) In addition, this data identifies those in the hospital who are COVID-19 positive and still infectious. Many patients remain in acute care after their infectious period and are not included in these numbers any longer. View provincial hospitalizations data here.
