WRH Foundation Receives Appreciation Award

The Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation was pleased to accept a Sponsor Windsor ‘Partner Recognition Award’ from the City of Windsor.
The award recognizes six corporate and community partnerships who are making a difference in the community.
“We are truly blessed to work with incredible people in our community over the years, and our friends at Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation are amazing and not only valued partners, but continue to work with us and bring the community together through signature events and special unique projects,” said Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens. “The work that all of you do with the hospital and foundation in our community is exceptional.”
The Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation has been a partner in several city events including the annual Universal Children's Day at Adventure Bay, the Canada Day swearing-in ceremonies, the city birthday celebrations, the CAN-AM Police Fire Games and most recently YQG Hearts for Hope at Bright Lights Windsor to support local charities.
Director of Philanthropy Gisele Seguin and Manager of Philanthropy Cristina Naccarato accepted the award from Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens at Windsor City Hall.
“Our focus at the Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation is helping our patients at a time when they need it most,” said Director of Philanthropy Gisele Seguin. “We are humbled by this recognition as it reinforces our values that Together We Stay Strong. Our staff is committed to caring and treating our patients as it plays a vital role in creating a compassionate community.”
Sponsor Windsor is a program which offers public-spirited individuals, businesses, corporations, foundations, and community groups an opportunity to sponsor a wide variety of City of Windsor facilities and programs, in return for naming rights and other marketing benefits associated with sponsorship of City assets and services.
