Records may include patient data, analyses of data and corresponding reference materials and/or various project materials associated with Ministry of Health and Long-term Care, Ontario Hospitals Association, Cancer Care Ontario and other projects and initiatives.

Retention and disposal: To be determined.

Documents include copies of agenda and minutes of Infection Control Committee meetings, working documents for the investigations of blood stream infections, surgical site infections and hand hygiene audits, correspondence, etc.
