Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy.

Each year we need to look at how to "operationalize" our strategic plan, and monitor and update our progress.

In 2020, WRH revisited and revised our corporate Strategic Plan for 2021-2024

Each program team updated their strategic objectives in the Fall of 2022 for 2023, including the status and the progress that has been made.
