FAQ's

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments for diagnostic imaging tests and procedures are made through your doctor’s office. A clerk from the hospital will contact you with the date and time of your appointment and let you know if there is anything you must do prior to the test. The only exception is for x-rays, which do not require an appointment.

How do I cancel an appointment?

To cancel an appointment, please call the booking clerk at least 24 hours in advance. If you are late or unprepared for your appointment, the examination may have to be rebooked for a later date (519) 254-1727.

How will my results be communicated?

The results of your examination will be communicated usually within four days directly to your physician.
