Emergency Obstetrical Triage

Obstetrical (OB) Triage

The obstetrical triage unit is located on the 2nd floor of Windsor Regional Hospital (Met Campus).

This is an area where individuals come when referred by a physician, midwife or self-referral to assess their health or their baby's health. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Come to the OB Triage Department if:

• Your water breaks.
• You have any vaginal bleeding.
• You are concerned about yourself.
• You are concerned about your baby's activity.
• Your contractions are regular and at least 5 minutes apart.
